Individual Licensee Agreement

Individual Licensee Agreements are designed for
bespoke or Individual Applications for one Licensee.
This 3 party Agreement between Software Owner, Licensee and SES can be changed to suit or reflect the relationship between the Owner and the User; you can add additional deposits to the Agreement, redefine
Terms, Conditions and develop the Agreement to secure future business continuity on the Software Application.

Multiple Licensee Agreement

Multiple Licensee Agreements are designed for standard Multiple users applications, in most cases the Software Owner would set-up the Agreement on request of a Licensee directly with SES, once the Agreement is live any customer Licensed to use the Software Application can simply join the Agreement, there is no limit to how many Licensee's can become party to the Contract. Again the Agreement can be changed to reflect the relationship between parties.

Distributor Agreement

SES can tailor Escrow Agreements to meet all parties requirements, we understand that there are many different ways of Licensing Software to end users through Certified Software Distributors or Reseller channels, these circumstances can reflect who provides Support & Maintenance, who owns the IPR, who deposits the Source Code etc, we provide comprehensive advice as an independent third party on the most suitable Escrow Agreement for all parties.
