SES now offer Source Code Transfer Agreements for Software Developers who are contracted to hand over Source Code and IP at the end of the project development.

This Agreement is a flexible solution for both developer (Seller) and client (Buyer) as it provides both parties with contractual terms for IPR hand over at the end of the project development. The terms can reflect milestones for development and source code deposits at key stages with SES providing the independent provision of the transfer upon project completion whether it is payment by transfer of funds or shares.

Please note SES strongly recommends undertaking our Complete Validation Testing upon project completion proving that the Source Code can be built into the target application as agreed and expected by the client.
